Questions we get (and love answering). But if you can not find your answer, send us your question through the form below, and we will answer you as soon as possible.

Lab Community

Is this just another AI course?

Nope! We're a community-first platform. Think ongoing support, a hub to fallback on whenever you need guidance, and not a one-and-done training.

I'm not technical, will I get lost?

That's exactly who we built this for. No coding experience needed, no complex setups. Just practical tools for everyday marketing.

What makes your templates different?

They're built by marketers who've used them in real campaigns. No theoretical fluff, just stuff that works.

Can I influence what gets built?

Absolutely! Community feedback drives our roadmap. Your needs shape what we create next.

Do I have to be based in a specific country or region to join?

Absolutely not. Our Lab lives online so you can access it at any time as long as you're connected to the internet.

How is your Lab different from online forums?
It's a dedicated online community space for like-minded marketers and industry experts to be able to discuss their challenges, bounce off ideas, and access learning content and tutorials.

Online forums are no doubt vast in information from various sources but sifting through all that data can be daunting. Our Lab is intended to keep the experience focused, streamlined and easy to navigate to what you need, be it access to specialists or quick guidance to prompts.

Knowledge Architect

What kind of experience do I need to be a Knowledge Architect?
We’re looking for marketers, founders and professionals who are passionate about applying AI to grow their business or for their profession.

You don’t need to be a top expert lecturing from a stage; we value your practical, real-world experience and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and sharing what works. If you're on your own AI journey and want to help others on theirs, you’re a great fit.
Are you looking for specific technical skills?

Our focus is on practical application, not abstract theory. The most important skill is the ability to break down complex topics and share insights in a clear, direct manner.

Whether it's writing a great prompt, building a content plan, or creating a unique workflow, your ability to guide others in using AI and communicate with clarity is what we value most.

We're building a community where human creativity and technology partner together.

How can I contribute as a Knowledge Architect?

There are many ways to contribute as we see it as a partnership. You can help by:

  • Sharing your practical insights and step-by-step frameworks with the community
  • Helping us create and refine guides for the other members to learn from
  • Providing feedback so we can build the tools and resources everyone needs to succeed
  • Being an active, supportive voice in our community discussions
Can I share my own solutions, consultancy, or mentorship program?

Absolutely. We see our Knowledge Architects as knowledgeable partners sitting beside our members. Our community is built on trust, so we encourage a "give value first" approach.

The best way to introduce your services is by being a helpful guide. Share your actionable advice, support the members when they need it, and let the community get to know you through your practical insights. When you help others grow, they'll naturally become curious about how you can support them further.

Alliance Partner

Is this a one-time sponsorship, or are there long-term opportunities?

We're flexible and open to both short-term and long-term partnerships. We believe building lasting trust takes time, and we're happy to explore continuous partnerships that include multiple content pieces over a set period, or as a one-off for a start.

Do you offer exclusivity? Will we be partnered with direct competitors?

We do not offer exclusive partnerships. While we can't guarantee we won't partner with a competitor, we are open to discussing this on a case-by-case basis during our negotiations.

Where is the content shared?

Content will be shared mainly across our core channels, including our community portal, social media, and our email newsletters.

Who is your audience, specifically?

As a new community, we will take time to gather precise demographic data. However, our intended audience is a mix of marketing professionals, small-medium business owners, and anyone interested in practical AI marketing solutions. We're actively building a community of learners and doers who are looking for actionable insights.
